Services
AKA INDUSTRIES provides software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Account Security
If you have an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and passwords.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created specifically for you will be transferred to you upon full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components that may be used in your project.
The content, design, and structure of our website and marketing materials remain our property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
Invoicing
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are net 30 days.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Refunds
Refund policies are specified in individual project agreements based on project scope and stage.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. Services are provided "as is" unless otherwise specified in a project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKA INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Project-specific termination terms are defined in individual project agreements.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
